Group and Private Lessons
for Students of All Ages Available in Edmonton & St. Albert
Music lessons at Visionary Centre for the Performing Arts are an incredibly fun way to get started on a lifetime of music.
Private lessons are available for any age and experience level. Children and adults alike can register for weekly lessons on the instrument of their preference with one of our many highly trained teachers. Billing and payments are arranged through our easy monthly pre-authorized payment agreements.
Drop-in and trial lessons are also available with most of our teachers at both locations in Edmonton and St. Albert.
Group classes are available for students starting at birth all the way up to late teens. Lessons in guitar, singing, piano, drums, songwriting, and our incredibly popular and well regarded musical theatre program are available for many different ages.
Early Childhood
Group Programs
Music has been shown to have positive effects on children of all ages, from newborn to cruiser, toddler to preschooler. The integration of music into a child’s life will help to improve the child's reasoning and creative skills. Visionary Centre for the Performing Arts has a range of Early Childhood music programs to suit most schedules. Each program is specially designed to introduce musical concepts to youngsters, we offer Kindermusik, Music Funtime, and Creative Music. Your child's curiosity will be awakened with musical games, instrument exploration, movement, and songs.
Music Lessons
Private & Group Lessons to Fit Any Schedule
We offer group classes starting at birth all the way up to late teens. Lessons in guitar, singing, piano, drums, songwriting, and our incredibly popular and well regarded musical theatre program are available for many different ages
Visionary Centre for the Performing Arts offers private music lessons from some of the Edmonton area's finest teachers. Our scheduling is flexible and available 6 days a week, with lesson durations available in half hour, 45 minute, and one hour lengths.
Theatre Arts
Musical Theatre, Acting, & Dance
Visionary Centre for the Performing Arts offers outstanding acting, dance, and musical theatre programs to a broad range of ages. The Musical Theatre Production program is a great in-depth theatre production program that covers a full school year. From rehearsals to the final production, students are given the chance to be in a full musical theatre production.
Band Factory
Immersive Rock Band Program
In this exciting program students form a rock band, filling the key positions of drums, bass, guitar, and vocal, and adding keyboard as well if possible. Weekly sessions introduce and reinforce technical and theoretical elements, while focusing on playing repertoire and jamming together. The band will perform at least twice in the year on a professional stage!
